What's kommerce and how does it works?

Kommerce is a mobile platform which allows sellers to have their own mobile store, allowing them to upload their products and manage their business transactions, with many other features such as geolocation.

Why choose Kommerce for your store?

Kommerce purpose as a mobile platform is to let clients easily access their favorite stores, at a screen touch distance.

Is there any tutorial for the app?

The app has a very intuitive flow allowing a natural interaction with the user.
Furthermore, we are working on explanatory videos to improve the experience of the app features.

HOW DOES THE MAP WORK?


On the map, one of Kommerce more poweful features: The user can look in detail for nearby products and retail stores using his current location.

Why does it need to access my location?

The app uses geolocation to find the products closest to your location inside a range of around 500 km.

Where can I download the app?

The Android version can be downloaded at the Play Store, while the iOS version can be found in the App Store.

Managing your account.

How to create an account?

1. Download the Kommerce app from either the App Store or Play Store

2. Press on the three points icon to access the Login/Register screen

3. Enter the data requested and enjoy your store


How do I change my profile picture?

1. Sign in

2. Press on the three points icon to access your user screen and press on your name

3. Press Edit (pencil icon) and then the default image

4. Load your new profile picture and save changes

How do I add my phone number?

1. Sign in

2. Press on the three points icon to access your Profile screen and press on your name

3. Press Edit (pencil icon) to enter your phone number and save your changes

How do I change my password?

1. Sign in

2. Press on the three points icon to access your Profile screen and press on your name

3. Press the Key icon to change your password and save your changes

What if I forget my password?

1. Open your app

2. Press on the three points icon to access the Login/Register screen

3. Press the Password Recovery option

4. Enter your email and send it

5. In your email inbox it will appear a link to the store, enter and change your password

Products and shopping

How to order products?

1. Login as registered user

2. Browse through the categories and select a product

3. Click on the Shopping Cart

4. Choose a payment method

How do I talk directly with the seller?

The app has two methods to contact the seller:

1. Directly in the app there's a built-in store chat

1. By using the Facebook Messenger redirection feature

What are the return policies?

Kommerce is not responsible for product returns, each store has its own return policies they define. Contact the each store to know their policies.

How do I buy without using a credit card?

1. In payment method choose the Paypal option

2. At the redirected window enter your Paypal information

3. Buy your product safely.

*Some stores feature the method of payment on delivery.

Where do I register my paypal ID?

1. Press on the three points icon to access your Profile screen

2. Select the "Edit profile" option (pencil icon)

3. Go to the PayPal ID section and enter your information

How do I see more product photos?

1. At the product's screen press the cover image

2. Slide to the side to see more images of the product

(The photos are responsibility of the store and can be for illustrative purposes only)

How do I share a product?

1. Select the desired product

2. Press on the Share icon

3. Choose the means of sharing


How to get help about my order?

Send the seller a message via chat or search your product's status in the Profile screen

How to add my location?

1. Press on the three points icon to access your Profile screen

2. Press the Location icon

3. Choose your location and save

Why Can't I see my store products?

1. Make sure your phone's location is turned on

2. Add "Your location" as filter

If problem is not solved the store may not be located in your state/country. Enter the store's official adress

My purchase didn't arrive, how Can I get help?

Kommerce is only a support platform for the stores but is not responsible for products sold.
Each store has its own delivery and return policies, contact the store directly.

How do I check my purchase history?

1. Go to the Profile screen

2. Select Order History option

What happens after my purchase?

1. The store sends you an email with your order number

2. The store can change the status of your order, e.g., Pending, Sent, Canceled, Completed.

Where Can I see my selected products?

Press the cart icon (top menu on Android, bottom one on iOS), it'll have a red dot to indicate you have products to buy.

1. Check your device is compatible

2. Restart your device

3. Check your device permissions

3. Reinstall the app

what are the App requirements?

1. Device with IOS or Android operating system

2. Mid/high tier device

3. If your device is Android, version 4.2 or higher

4. If your device is iOS, version 9 or higher
